【Curveside pick-up】 Due to airport construction, we will meet you on the sidewalk outside the terminal instead of inside the arrival lobby.

After your flight arrives, our driver will contact you in Japanese on your mobile phone.

Please wait outside the building (arrival floor) after receiving your luggage.

Check the **pillar number (e.g. B - 5)** on the column along the sidewalk and provide the driver with that number.

We will turn your car to the designated area immediately.

What to expect

Flow of the day: Curveside Meat Service

Check the day before: We will contact you with the name and mobile number of your Japanese driver at least one day before your booking.

On arrival: The driver will wait near the airport, confirm your arrival and send a message (SMS) in Japanese to your mobile phone.

After entering and receiving your luggage: Please contact the driver when you have cleared customs and are ready to leave.

Transfer to pick-up location: Please wait on the sidewalk just outside the terminal building.Columns along the road are numbered "B-5", "B-6", etc.

Meeting: Please give the driver the number of the pillar where you are (e.g. B-5).We will drive you to that location and pick you up.
