Meeting: Please give the driver the number of the pillar where you are (e.g. B-5).We will drive you to that location and pick you up.

【Curveside pick-up】 Due to airport construction, we will meet you on the sidewalk outside the terminal instead of inside the arrival lobby. After your flight arrives, our driver will contact you in Japanese on your mobile phone. Please wait outside the building (arrival floor) after receiving your luggage. Check the **pillar number (e.g. B - 5)** on the column along the sidewalk and provide the driver with that number. We will turn your car to the designated area immediately.
