Next, Tretower Court and Castle a medieval fortified manor house. Step back in time as you wander through its halls. Enjoy a drive through the picturesque town of Crickhowell, on and into the hills for a scenic stop at Keepers Pond for panoramic views and absorb the beauty of the landscape. Finally to Blaenavon a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You’ll visit the historic ironworks and Big Pit National Coal Museum, where the story of coal mining and industry is brought vividly to life, the landscape still marked by quarries, furnaces, and mining heritage.

Overlooked by a medieval castle and surrounded by lush countryside, Hay-on-Wye blends literary culture with small-town charm. Here you will be able to stroll at your leisure and have some lunch.
