Departure Point : After collecting your luggage on the belt and pass the customs points, you will be met by Orient Tours uniformed airport representative who will be waiting with a paging board with the Lead Passenger's name. All Orient Tours Representatives will be wearing blue trousers and a white shirt/jacket with an Orient Tours Logo.

What to expect
When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.
Children up to 4.99 years of age must be provided with a child safety seat. So please select the infant seat if there is a child from 0 – 4.99 yrs in your booking. No discount for children 5 years and above, adult rate will apply.
At the time of booking, YOU MUST include the following flight and hotel details in the "Special Requirements" box:
• Airline
• Flight Number
• Departing City / Arrival City
• Arrival Time
• Hotel Name
• Hotel Address
