Your driver will meet you at your hotel lobby / reception lounge . We recommend to set the pick up time at least 3.5 hours prior to the plane departure (default pick up time).
All (Odyssey DMC) Representatives will be wearing blue trousers and a white shirt/jacket with an (Odyssey DMC) Logo.

What to expect
When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Dubai city, Jumairah,Palm Jumairah, Sharjah, Jebel Ali Hotel or Dubai Port details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.
At time of booking, YOU MUST include the following flight and hotel details in the "Special Requirements" box:
• Airline
• Flight Number
• Departing City / Arrival City
• Departure Time
• Hotel Name
• Hotel Address Please select the appropriate hotel zone.

- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- The brand of vehicle used will vary. A maximum of 7 people per booking.The Vehicle will be allocated based on the number of person.
- Children up to 4.99 years of age must be provided with a child safety seat. So please select the infant seat if there is a child from 0 – 4.99 yrs in your booking. No discount for children 5 years and above,children will be charged the same price as adults
- At the time of booking, please select the appropriate Hotel zone in which you are staying.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
