    We'll meet you at Izmir International Cruise Port upon arrival and drive to Selçuk to visit Ephesus. Ephesus draws millions of people every year with its history and spiritual importance. Ephesus used to be a major Roman City and a busy trade hub. Also, as the home of the Temple of Artemis, one of the seven wonders of the Ancient World, Ephesus was a popular city. It was also an important center for Christianity since St. Paul preached at the Great Theater, and St. John is believed to have spent his last years. Ephesus is mentioned in the Book of Revelation as one of the Seven Churches of Asia.
