With the help of our Chef, native to this area, you will discover the unique flavors of local cuisine as you explore our traditional lifestyle. The course includes the preparation of 4 typical recipes. We start our experience preparing the special sauce of Crostino Toscano, traditional appetizer. Then we’ll make handmade pasta: Pici, real treasure of south Tuscany. For the sauce we’ll prepare the typical Aglione, which is a tomato sauce made with a special giant garlic of the area. As dessert we’ll prepare Cantucci, traditional cookies of Valdichiana. They are very good dipped in Vin Santo, special sweet wine of our region. After this unique experience, all your efforts will be rewarded by enjoying the sumptuous meal prepared with your own hands during the cooking class.
