Meeting and pickup
If your accommodation is not listed, please send us your hotel name and location after booking — either by message on this platform or by replying to your confirmation email — so we can help arrange your pick-up.
We pick up travelers between 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM from hotels in Chiang Mai city.
Please wait at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before pickup time. We will confirm the exact pickup time via message one day before the tour.
Please arrive at Tubing Chiang Mai Base Camp by 1:15 PM for check-in and preparation. You can find us on Google Maps. Message us here if you need help with directions.
What to expect
Join our half-day escape featuring river tubing, a hidden jungle waterfall slide, and incredible mountain scenery — all set in a lush valley home to Thailand’s most beautiful and ethical wildlife sanctuaries.
Our tubing route passes peaceful jungle areas where elephants often roam freely near the riverbanks — a highlight for many guests.
We follow eco-friendly principles:

• Trash separation and collection during tours
• Fully insured with trained guides and a safety briefing
Note:
To help reduce plastic waste, we provide filtered drinking water at our base camp. Please bring your own refillable water bottle if possible.
Itinerary:
11:30 AM–12:00 PM: Pickup from Chiang Mai hotels
01:00 PM: Arrive at base camp – change clothes, welcome drink, safety briefing
01:30 PM: Begin River Tubing (~1.3 hrs)
03:00 PM: Slide & swim at Saa Gee Waterfall
04:00 PM: Tea, snacks & hot shower at base camp
04:30 PM: Depart for Chiang Mai
06:30–07:00 PM: Drop-off at your hotel
