Meeting and pickup
A complimentary pick up from hotels in Downtown Montreal can be arranged. Kindly meet the tour guide at hotel entrance. In case the guide didn't recognized you, your provided cellphone will be contacted, please make sure it works. Please note that the pickup and drop off services are provided on a complementary basis courtesy of Ntours. In case of road closure or intense traffic in the area of a hotel, we shall make our best to advise alternative pickup/drop off location as close as possible to your hotel.
Please come at least 5 minutes before your pick-up time to the Centre de Commerce Mondial (World Trade Centre). Meet your guide by the fountain inside the CCM (WTC) and make sure you are reachable through your provided cellphone number.

- While children and special need individuals are welcomed on our tour. In case of any disturbance that make other guests uncomfortable, interfere with guides' commentary or rise a security concern, participants may be asked to leave the tour. No refund will be granted.
