  USS Arizona Memorial

  As part of your visit to Pearl Harbor, you’ll take a **short, narrated boat ride across the harbor** to the **USS Arizona Memorial**, operated by the U.S. Navy. The ride offers a powerful perspective—gliding over the very waters where history changed forever on December 7, 1941. Arriving at the memorial, which floats directly above the sunken battleship, is a **deeply humbling experience**. You’ll see the names of the fallen etched into the white marble wall and may even witness droplets of oil—known as the “black tears of the Arizona”—still rising to the surface.   Ali'iolani Hale

  **Aliʻiōlani Hale** is a historic building located in Downtown Honolulu, directly across from ʻIolani Palace. Built in 1874 by King Kamehameha V, it was originally intended to be a royal palace but instead became the seat of government. Today, it houses the **Hawaiʻi State Supreme Court** and is home to the **King Kamehameha V Judiciary History Center**, which offers exhibits on Hawaii’s legal history. The building’s iconic facade is famously recognized for the **golden statue of King Kamehameha I** standing proudly in front.

• Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the Navy may suspend boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial at any time or impose a capacity restriction on the boats. In such cases, there will be no refunds. You can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, the Visitors’ Center and park monuments as well as the Honolulu City Tour. The duration of the tour stays the same!
