Forbidden City-The Palace Museum
Through Tiananmen square to the Forbidden City, also known as the Palace Museum, and Gu Gong in Chinese, lies at the city center of Beijing. It is to the north of Tiananmen Square. Rectangular in shape, it is the world's largest palace complex and covers 74 hectares.There are unique and delicately structured towers on each of the four corners of the curtain wall. These afford views over both the palace and the city outside.

Temple of Heaven
The Temple of Heaven Park, Tiantan in Chinese, is located in the Dongcheng District, Beijing. It is the largest and most representative existing masterpiece among China's ancient sacrificial buildings. Originally, the Temple of Heaven was the place where emperors of the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644) and Qing Dynasty (1644 - 1911) held the Heaven Worship Ceremony.
