  The Sawaya Strawberry Jam as souvenir can be redeemed at the Sawaya Karuizawa Station store located on the 3rd floor of Karuizawa Station from 10 AM to 7 PM. Please be sure to bring your redemption voucher for the exchange. Please allow for some extra time as there might be a wait, so come with some flexibility in your schedule.
