3Grove Arcade
As we stop by the historic Grove Arcade, one of Asheville’s most iconic landmarks. This grand building, with its ornate architecture and rich history, has been a central part of the city's life since it opened in 1929. But beneath its elegant exterior lies a story filled with mystery and intrigue.

As we pass the Flatiron Building, our guide will recount chilling tales of paranormal activity, including accounts of heavy footsteps and a wet, rattling cough echoing through the halls when no one is visible. Visitors have reported wandering through the building only to feel pursued by an unseen presence.
