As we stop by the historic Grove Arcade, one of Asheville’s most iconic landmarks. This grand building, with its ornate architecture and rich history, has been a central part of the city's life since it opened in 1929. But beneath its elegant exterior lies a story filled with mystery and intrigue.
As we pass the Flatiron Building, our guide will recount chilling tales of paranormal activity, including accounts of heavy footsteps and a wet, rattling cough echoing through the halls when no one is visible. Visitors have reported wandering through the building only to feel pursued by an unseen presence. Additionally, the spectral figure of a man has been spotted moving swiftly between floors, appearing in windows facing the street throughout the night.
