    Departure from Dakar in the afternoon to reach Lac Rose, former place of arrival of the last stage of the Paris-Dakar Rally. A canoe trip in the lake before taking the drive to the Lompoul desert; arrival in the village and transfer by 4×4 through the dunes to reach our accommodation. After a warm welcome, camel ride or walk on the dunes to enjoy the wonderful spectacle of the sunset. Dinner and evening under the stars. Night in tents at the Ecolodge de Loumpoul or Le Camp du desert

    After breakfast drive to the old town of Saint Louis, the former capital of Senegal. After check in and breakfast, explore the city by horse-drawn carriage. The city reminds you of New Orleans with a wooden balcony lined up the narrow streets. In the afternoon, visit by horse-drawn carriage of the old colonial city: the Pont Faidherbe, the homes of notables with their old-fashioned charm, the Town Hall, the Cathedral, the Airmail Museum and the fishing district of Guet Ndar with multicolored canoes Accommodation: diamrek hotel or similar

    SAINT LOUIS – ORNITHOLOGICAL PARK OF DJOUDJ – SAINT LOUIS

    Djoudj National Bird Sanctuary

    Early departure from Loumpoul for a visit to the ornithological park of Djoudj. Classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is the first water point after crossing the Sahara for migratory birds: cormorants, pelicans, whistling ducks, fish eagles... but also crocodiles, monitor lizards, warthogs and jackals are present there. About 350 species are referenced there. Canoe tour of the Park through the backwaters and return to Saint Louis. . Dinner and night at the diamrek hotel in Saint Louis.

    Road to the elegant city of Thiès, the country's second city and nicknamed the capital of rail. Continue on the Bandia reserve. Lunch at the restaurant in the reserve park overlooking a waterhole where animals come to drink. In the afternoon, safari in the Bandia game reserve in a magnificent forest of baobabs and acacias. Here, the main mammals of West Africa breed there: giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, monkeys, rhinoceros. After the Safari, drive to Somone, installation, dinner and overnight at the hotel in Saly or Somone
