What to expect

This adventure begins in the Countess colony where we will pick you up on our transport and take you to our village.

From there, we will arrive at the house, where you will meet Luis and his Uncle Aurelio, our expert cowboys. We'll show you everything about horses. How to hold the saddle, how to ride and how to enjoy this adventure to the fullest.
We will start with a horseback ride through the village to reach the mountain. During this journey we will cross streets and alleys where we can stop to collect or buy our ingredients for our traditional cooking class.

When we reach the mountain we will take all kinds of trails, go up and down, cross a unique little river in the city, find plains and hills.

We will stop at a family cabin where the fire and our apron will be waiting to know the great secrets of Mexican cuisine, starting with 2 types of sauce, tortillas, sopes, tlacoyos, gorditas and more. (If you are an expert ask for Mole class)

Then we will return to the horses to ride back home for about 40 minutes and conclude our adventure.
