For hotel pickups, your chauffeur will meet you in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time.
For airport, train station, or cruise terminal pickups, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals area holding a sign with the lead passenger's name.

Drop-off: Upon reaching the destination, the driver assists the customer with disembarking from the vehicle. They may help with unloading luggage or other belongings, if applicable.
Feedback and ratings: After the drop-off, customers may have the option to provide feedback and ratings regarding to your service. This feedback helps us to improve your services and maintain quality standards. It also serves as valuable information for future customers.
