After clearing immigration, baggage claim and customs, you will see timeshare and transportation sales clerks along the aisle, they will try to offer you free tours and assistance with your transfers PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and keep walking). - The company driver will meet you and welcome you by holding a tablet with your name written on it Our Representative will be located between the Dominos & the Starbucks. **If your reservation is with the white VAN, the driver will wear a long green shirt. **If your reservation is in our Black line, the driver wears a long black shirt. Please go directly to the exit doors which says “Transportation and Taxis Services”. Always stay alert for the official uniform with the STP Caribbean logo as there are many scammers at the Airport.

Once you leave the Terminal Building please look for the company driver holding a tablet with your name written on it wearing a long green shirt and show your confirmation voucher with him, after reviewing your confirmation voucher he will take you to your vehicle and he will board you and take you to your hotel.
