We will be monitoring your flight and arrival terminal until you leave... After going through immigration, picking up your luggage and clearing customs, you will see timeshare vendors and transportation along the aisle. They will try to offer you free tours and assistance with your transfers. PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and continue walking). Look for our team after leaving through the sliding front door; we will be waiting for you in the area where all other transportation companies are located.
• The company driver will receive you holding a tablet with your name written on it.
Go directly to Meeting Point by Mayan Lounge near Gate #2. If a representative of other agencies or hotels tries to stop you—there are a lot of scammers—please don’t stop and help us by going directly to our representative (we’ll be there waiting for you, so don’t believe people who say our team left or will reimburse you).
Our airport drivers wear uniform with apple green shirt and black pants and if your service is in Suv the driver is dressed in long sleeve Black shirt. All our representatives and drivers also have an authorized airport identification.
If it takes more than an hour to leave the terminal after your landing due to your airline, lost luggage or other reason, and if you do not see our driver when you leave the airport, please contact us.

If we are not informed in advance and there are last minute changes, extended waiting times or additional travel within the airport, an additional charge will apply due to the extra logistics involved.
If you need a baby chair, please request it in advance when booking (2 chairs per booking only). Unfortunately, we do not have baby chairs at short notice or at the last minute.
This ticket is valid for a one-way trip. If you want a round trip service you must book another ticket head to your Viator portal (TripAdvisor) and search for “products departing from Hotels to Tulum Airport.”
What to expect
Once you land at Tulum Airport the company driver sends you a whatsapp message to tell you specifically where he is waiting for you, do not worry we will be waiting for you even if your flight is delayed.

If your hotel is located in the Tulum Hotel Zone or Tulum Downtown choose the option "Hotels in Tulum"
If your hotel is Dreams Tulum or located within Bahia Tankah or within Bahia Soliman choose the option "Hotels in North Tulum"
If your hotel is located in Puerto Aventuras choose the option "Hotels in Puerto Aventuras"
If your hotel is located in Akumal choose the option "Hotels in Akumal"
If your hotel is located in Playa del Carmen choose the option "Hotels in Playa del Carmen"
