Experience tracking the big five on game drives in the Ngorongoro crater which was formed from a large active volcano whose cone collapsed inward after a major eruption, leaving the present vast, unbroken caldera as its chief remnant. Lake Manyara has spectacular views of flamingos and hippos at its shores as well as the rift valley escarpment as its backdrop. The famous tree-climbing lions are a sight to behold also at lake Manyara.

    Breakfast then depart taking picnic lunches. Descend into the Ngorongoro crater which was once a volcanic mountain and folded to form a caldera for full day game drive. Picnic lunch at Ngoitek spring site. At Ngorongoro, one will see endangered Rhino a variety of animal species. They're also colorful birds. Dinner and overnight at camp at the crater.
