You will be picked up from your hotel at 8:00 am and head directly to purchase the Angkor pass. Afterward, we head to one of Cambodia's jewels, the impressive Angkor Thom, which was the fortified "Great Royal City" built in the 12th century by King Jayavarman VII. At the South Gate, we can see the imposing statue of Avalokiteshvara, which appears in the Tomb Raider movie.
Next visit is Bayon temple, in Buddhist style and adorned with hundreds of faces made of stone, and also explore the Terrace of Elephants, former Royal Palace, Phimeanakas, Terrace of Leper King, and Baphoun temple, It is considered the largest Hindu temple in Angkor Thom city.
Then, we drive to Ta Prohm temple, which has been left in its original state and is partly overgrown with trees and huge roots. It was also used as a backdrop for the film Tomb Raider starring Angelina Jolie. Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, start to visit to the fascinating Angkor Wat, the largest sacred building on the planet and an icon of the Khmer civilization. Explore the Angkor Wat before the crowds arrive and get some amazing pictures and then climb up mountain of the Phnom Bakheng for sunset and then transfer you back to your hotel.
You will be picked up from your hotel at 8:00 AM to Phnom Kulen National Park. This journey takes you through rural Cambodian villages, where you may observe locals going about their everyday lives and admire beautiful landscapes such as rice paddies and traditional dwellings. On the hilltop of Phnom Kulen, Our knowledgeable local guide will take you to the most spectacular tourist attractions in the national park, including the largest and most beautiful waterfalls, the reclining Buddha sculpture, the mountain’s cliff and the River of Thousand Linga, which was constructed in 802 AD. After all the crawling, we stop for lunch at a local restaurant, where you can enjoy Cambodian food.
In the early afternoon, drive to the intricately carved and well-preserved temple of Banteay Srei – the detailed reliefs on this smaller sandstone structure are regarded as the finest and most skillfully crafted in the kingdom of Cambodia and then we'll go directly to the Kampong Phluk, flooded & fishing village of Tonle Sap lake, located just 21 kilometers from Siem Reap town.
Start your last day tour with pick-up from the hotel around 4:40 AM, and see a sunrise view at the world’s largest sacred building at the temple of Angkor Wat.
