1-For the guests using our transfer from Hanoi, Pick up at your hotels/stays inside Old Quarter Area between 07h00 am to 07h15 am, Please be ready at lobby from 07.00 am. If you stay outside of Old Quarter, pick up at meeting point: Hanoi Opera House or Authentic Hanoi Travel Office at 39 Ngo Huyen Street at 07.00 am. -2-For the guests not using our transfer from Hanoi, Please arrive at Tuan Chau harbor on your own at 09:30 am for meeting our cruise team & complete the registration procedures for boarding the cruise. If any late arrival, you might be denied by port authority or subject to an extra fee.

For the guests who book our transfer services only: 7h00 – Meet our driver at your hotel in Hanoi 7h30 – Start two - hour road journey to Quang Ninh Province via express way by limousine.

2Lan Ha Bay
09.30 am: Arrive at Tuan Chau harbor. Check-in and finish stay registration procedure Please NOTE: Advance registration is required prior to departure with your full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number for all passengers. This is policy of Local Government. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by port authority. Should provide us immediately your info after your booking are confirmed. 09h45- 10h00 – Welcome to JadeSails cruise at Tuan Chau Marina - Halong City 11h30 – Lunch on the boat. 13h00 – Local rowing boat at Dark and Bright cave 14h45 – Floating village passing. 15h30 – Kayaking and Swimming at Ao Ech area in Lan Ha bay. 16h00 – Cooking demonstation. 16h30 – Sunset party (Enjoy break) while cruising back to Tuan Chau marina. 17h30 : Boat return back to Tuan Chau Marina. (For the guests book tour from Halong will finish day cruise after back to TUAN CHAU harbor)
