    At Fidelio you will taste 2 examples of 3 wines from the South Island of New Zealand, which have been selected by the chef to match each course of your delicious lunch while also showing differences in the wines from their terroir and wine making practices. A typical tasting would include Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with examples from each of Marlborough, North Canterbury and Central Otago, all matched with each of the dishes from your 3 cousre course lunch.
