and consistently are top rated in the industry. For your safety, all vehicles are tracked via GPS to ensure that our dispatch knows where the vehicle is at all times. Chauffeurs will always be dressed and respond with an "aloha" mentality on your vacation.
If there are changes to your flight, we have a dispatch that is open 24 hours who can assist. They will accommodate as best as possible on any last minute changes.

Meeting and pickup
ARRIVALS: Please meet you greeter in the baggage claim near your assigned carousel. The greeter will then escort you to the driver as the Honolulu airport has strict rules about where chauffeurs are allowed to standby and wait. *The Honolulu airport requires chauffeurs to standby outside of the airport. On average it takes between 6-10 minutes for them to re-enter the airport to the allowed pick up locations as approved by the State of Hawaii and the Departure of Transportation Airports.

What to expect
Upon your arrival into the Honolulu Airport, please make your way to the baggage claim to your assigned carousel. Even if you don't have checked bags please head to that assigned carousel as a greeter will meet you at the carousel.
Honolulu airport doesn't allow chauffeurs to park outside to greet you so you will be looking for a greeter with your name sign. The greeter will escort you with your bags to the chauffeur who is standing by outside of the airport.
On average it takes between 6-8 minutes for the chauffeur to come back into the airport to the approved pickup locations.
