We are going to walk towards the Jewish Quarter, so the gate of the Quarter is the Synagogue. The second largest Synagogue in the world.
The Jewish Quarter of Budapest is a vibrant area, where we will spend around 90 minutes walking around in a very easy mode. Next to seeing of course jewish culture, it is an area which is famous also about cafes, street art and ruin bars. We are going to see some of the Ruin Bars and Street Food areas, while understanding more of Budapest's diverse history.
After leaving the Jewish Quarter, we are going to walk trough Deak Square, seeing the Ferris Wheel, and we'll arrive to the St. Stephen Basilica. The Basiclia is Budapest's neoclassical cathedral, and the most sacred Catholic church in all of Hungary. The Cathedral is surrounded by a vibrant artsy area
After leaving the area of the Basilica, we are going to walk through the Historical Inner City and discover Restaurant streets with famous Hungarian restaurants. Our guide is going to give recommendations on restaurants and even dishes. We are passing a park as well, and like other parts of the tour, every corner there are stories to tell.
We are going to walk trought the Chain Bridge from Pest to Buda side, which will only take a few minutes, and discover more of Budapest's rich history and beauties. From the bridge we probably have the best view of the Parliament, also we will learn about the historical background of the oldest bridge in Budapest, which is the one we are crossing, the Chain Bridge.
The Castle Garden, as the name says, is a huge and beatiful garden area, which is kind of the gate of the Castle. We are going to take elevators/escalators for going up to the Castle District.
We are going to spend our last 90 minutes in the Castle District, visiting the Buda Castle and the surrounding medieval Castle District area. Beautiful architecture, nice little shops, loads of history and amazing view on the city as we are on the top of the hill.
