What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We remind you that some docks in Cozumel have a usage fee, which is determined by the hotel or dock management and is completely independent of our operations. Depending on the pier from which you depart, an additional fee may apply, which you must pay directly at the hotel or on the boat.
Pick-up times vary according to the customer's location.
American Party Pier - 7 : 45 a.m. - No dock use fee.
Pier Villas Costa del Sol - 8 : 15 a.m. - No dock use fee
Dive Dock Palancar - 8 : 25 a.m. - No dock use fee.
Secrets Aura/Sunscape Pier - 8 : 30 a.m. - Fees apply in the lobby.
Pier Allegro - 8 : 40 a.m. - With fee, cash payment on the boat.
Grand Pier - 8 : 45 a.m. - With fee, cash payment on the boat.
Iberostar Pier - 8 : 50 a.m. - With fare, cash payment on board.
Note: Your departure time may be delayed by 15 minutes due to various reasons such as late arrivals, technical problems or weather conditions. Please always provide us with a contact method other than your room number so we can contact you. Sorry for the inconvenience.
What to expect
All our reefs have currents; please follow the instructions of the Dive Master and the companion system.
We offer two tank morning dives every day.
A deep tank: 20 to 30 metres and a shallow tank: 13 to 20 metres.
We do not choose the reef; it is the diver's decision. The diver will select the reef. If you don’t know which reef you want to dive on, tell your guide what you would like to see. The Dive Master will make recommendations.
We can also do two tank evening dives if we have a minimum of three divers. A deep tank: 20 to 30 metres and a shallow tank: 13 to 20 metres.
Departure times depend on the location of the diver. However, we started our trips at 8:30 p.m., leaving the Dive Palancar Pier.
The Marine Park closes reefs every two months; please ask which ones are closed.
Specialized dive sites will not be visited without prior planning.
NOTE: Admission to the marine park is at an additional cost.

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Contact us to inform us the size of your life jacket, if you need a wetsuit and the size of your fin shoes.
- There's depth restriction by age and ability.
- Divers must be certified, providing their c-card at check-in
- If you have a medical condition, you must provide us with a copy of your medical permit.
- Please tell us when your last dive was. if you have more than 2.5 years without diving, you have to do a refresh course.

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
