Arusha town to Lake Eyasi

Earliest morning after breakfast we'll proceed to Lake Eyasi with lunch boxes, full day game drives and Evening will drive back to Patamu Lodge for dinner and overnight. Lake Eyasi is located in the Rift Valley South of Ngorongoro Highlands. This saline lake is home to various rare fish species, rare birds and reptiles to mention a few. It is beautifully fringed by the Great Rift walls to the west and the highland to the North offering a magnificent view. This great landscape is home to the last known Hunter-Gatherer community the ‘Hadzabe’ living by hunting, honey and fruit gathering lifestyle. Experience the life of nomadic Datoga living closer to the Hadzabe. You will visit Onion plantation and learn the hunting activities from Hadzabe.

Day 2
Patamu lodge to serengeti national park

Serengeti National Park
Early morning meet our safari guide and after departing for Serengeti National park. Game drives through Ngorongoro conservancy & Serengeti 12h30: Lunch at a picnic site in the park. Afternoon and evening game drive at Serengeti National park arriving at the lodge before sunset. Dinner and overnight at osinon camps and lodges (Full Board) in Serengeti National park. Serengeti National Park is an immense park and with its unsurpassed concentrations of wildlife and its vast endless grasslands offers the finest game viewing anywhere in Africa. The Serengeti ecosystem is one of the oldest on earth and the annual wildlife migration, largest mass movement of land mammals on planet earth, is perhaps what makes it famous. Over a million wildebeest and zebras flow south from the northern hills to the southern plains for the short rains every October and November, and then go west and north after the long rains in April, May and June.

Full day game drive in central serengeti np, evening proceed to osinon camps and lodges for dinner and overnight on full board basis. Serengeti, characterized by the endless plains, acacia trees and punctuated by large stone kopjes presents an archetypal picture of a wild and remote Africa and supports an amazingly large number of wildlife. Animals present include lions, elephants, giraffes, gazelles, monkeys, eland, zebras, wildebeests, leopards, cheetahs, Serengeti’s essential features of climate, flora and fauna have barely changed in the past million years.

Rhino Lodge to Ngorongoro crater Then Drive to Arusha/moshi

Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Full day game drive in Ngorongoro crater, later afternoon proceeds to Arusha town (No accommodation on this day) or will transfer to KIA. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site holding a permanent population of more than 30,000 different animals As only very few animals migrate in and out of the crater because of its 2,000 ft. high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. The crater is also home to the rare black rhino, almost extinct in Tanzania. With a bit of luck you will see the ‘Big Five’ during one game drive.
