The Selous is the largest game reserve and one of the favourite game viewing areas in Africa, is amongst the largest protected wet wilderness areas in Africa, SELOUS GAME RESERVE located in the Southern part of Tanzania, large area of the reserve is drained by the Rufiji River. There are over 2,000 species of plants, over 430 species of birds, and 60 species of mammals, plenty of wildlife including Lions, Leopards, Elephants, Buffalos, Hippos, and Crocodiles.

Zanzibar – Nyerere National Park (Full Day Game Drive) Pick-up from your hotel and transfer to Zanzibar Airport. Morning flight to Nyerere National Park (Selous Game Reserve). Upon arrival, meet your guide and proceed for a full-day game drive with a tea/coffee break in the bush. Enjoy picnic lunch inside the park surrounded by nature. Continue exploring the vast wildlife of Nyerere, home to elephants, lions, giraffes, hippos, zebras, and more. In the evening, transfer to your accommodation.

2Selous Game Reserve
Early morning visit to a local Masai village to experience their culture and traditions. After the visit, enjoy a scenic boat safari along the Rufiji River, famous for close encounters with hippos, crocodiles, and various bird species. Lunch at the lodge. Transfer to the airstrip for your 16:00 flight back to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, transfer from Zanzibar Airport to your hotel.
