Pick-up / Drop-off service 1. The pick-up/drop off service is a service that is provided for FREE to allow you to participate in the tours. It is a shuttle service, so it is not a taxi nor a NCC. 2. The pick-up time will be confirmed after the booking. The shuttle service is carried out in "sharing" mode, for this reason the pick-up time is to be understood as starting from the indicated time and for the following 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide a more precise timetable due to numerous variables, such as traffic and possible delays of customers to be collected. 3. To facilitate the shuttle service and avoid chain delays, guests are requested to be ready for the agreed time and indicated on the voucher. 4. Likewise, to facilitate the drop off on return, customers are required to respect the schedule of the program and communicated by the staff on board. 5. With our free shuttle we assign a time limit for each activity we have to perform. If due to force majeure, road interruption, or to any reason that prevents us from reaching the pick-up location, and we consume our time limit, we must necessarily change, cancel, postpone or permanently cancel the activity. For tickets purchased, only if possible, we will postpone or cancel them.
