About 13:00 PM: You’ll arrive at our restaurant first, have lunch, check-in your hotel and rest until the tour guide picks you up to start the trek. About 14.30 PM: Start the trekking down to the Cat Cat village of the Black H’mong. Relax at the foot of the stunning waterfall and the vestige of a hydroelectric power station that was constructed by the French during colonial time in Vietnam. Situated in San Sa Ho commune, Sapa district, Lao Cai province, Cat Cat village is more than 2 kilometers from the center of Sapa town. This village has been home to the Black H’Mong ethnic group since the 19th century. Currently, there are about 80 households living in the village. Back to hotel by van and fresh up before dinner. Have breakfast at the hotel and start a new day with a more interesting trek. Then 6km down to the southeast of Sapa along the side of Muong Hoa Valley to Y Linh Ho village of the Black H’mong. Located about 7km to the southwest of Sapa Town, alongside Muong Hoa River, Y Linh Ho is a small commune composed of a dozen small hamlets scattered on the harsh mountain terrain with high and steep mountains. Offering spectacular landscapes and cultural experiences, Y Linh Ho Village is one neighborhood village that you don’t want to miss during your trip to Sapa.
Continue on 2km of trekking down to Lao Chai village of the H’mong. Lao Chai village is 6 km far from the centre town, you will see Lao Chai village where the black H’mong people are living, it is also the beginning of a valley which is called Muong Hoa valley. From a high point of the main road 8 Km from Sapa town, great view of the whole village opens wide to offer the marvelous panorama of the village, backed by high mountains and facing the river. Here you will enjoy the fresh air, see terrace fields, stream, visit and discover some of the H’mong’s families, three large villages with over 100 families of the Black H’mong ethnic, and people here are quite hospitable. Then have lunch at local house with local vietnamese dishses.
After lunch, continue walking through terraced rice fields to Ta Van village of the Dzay minority people. It gives you a chance to learn about the local house architecture which is full of their daily lifestyles and exclusive custom. Enjoy the stunning and breathtaking landscapes. Then get on the van back to Sapa Town to take a limousine return to Hanoi.
Say goodbye Sapa, between 14h00 pm to 14h30 pm, guests will get on limousine back to Hanoi City by expressway. We will arrive at Hanoi Old Quarter and drop off guests at the same hotel/stay between 21h00 PM to 21h30 PM. End 2 days tour
