Is the perfect activity for those who wants to discover the natural habitat found in Monteverde, Costa Rica.
The idea is to start at 6:00am or 7:00am with an introduction of the Costarican birds and general terms about the tour. During the 4 hours of this tour is possible to spot different species of animals. Costa Rica is well known wordwide about birds, so this is a great experience if you really wants to feel the cloud forest sorrouned by beautiful nature.

What to expect
It is based on a hike with a bilingual naturalist guide inside the forest of the Curicancha Reserve, approximately a 4-hour tour. The preferred start time is 6:30 a.m. The distance of the walk varies from 2 km to 3 km depending on forest activity, and the trails are very well designed for anyone capable of walking.
The goal is to gain a deeper understanding of the Monteverde forest and to observe the natural richness found within it. To achieve this, the guide carries a high-definition spotting scope to allow for better viewing of what is observed. Monteverde, for its part, is known as a natural paradise and a strategic location for birdwatching, especially for species such as the Resplendent Quetzal, toucans, the Bellbird, among others.
