Or your driver will be waiting after the new passenger terminal that you will have to walk through. He will be holding a sign with your name on it.

    San Gimignano

    As you travel between Volterra and San Gimignano stop at a local farm to enjoy a typical Tuscan lunch before taking an afternoon stroll around the historic center of San Gimignano, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The town is renowned for its Vernaccia di San Gimignano wine, one of the few DOCG white wines of Italy, and has also reintroduced the farming of saffron which was cultivated here in the Middle Ages as an important part of the city’s economy.
