    Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib

Rahul will discuss the history of what happened in this square. You will be standing just feet from where the beheading happened, why it happened, when it happened and what exactly happened. A fascinating piece of history will be learnt in this segment of the tour. "The ninth Sikh Guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur was beheaded here on 11 November 1675 on the order of Aurangzeb. Before his body could be quartered and exposed to public view, it was stolen under the cover of darkness by one of his disciples, Lakhi Shah Vanjara, who then burnt his house to cremate the Guru's body. This place is marked by another gurdwara, Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib."

JAIN BIRD HOSPITAL- Yes a bird hospital inside of the Temple. This is a must see and something none of the other tours offer. To us, these birds are important and in the Jain religion every living creature is equality as important. This is our favorite section of the tour and Rahul will explain how and why this started.
