There will be time for a we break to stretch your legs in the charming town of Callander, before we continue the journey deeper into the Highlands.
Passing through the wild, open landscapes of Rannoch Moor, we arrive at Glencoe, one of Scotland's most iconic natural landscapes. Known for its dramatic, rugged slopes, this beautiful area has been featured in films and has many stories to tell. Your driver-guide will tell you about one of Scotland’s most tragic tales as you take in the breathtaking scenery. Take a moment to capture a few photos of the stunning scenery before we head further north.
Afterward, we’ll stop for a leisurely lunch in one of the picturesque local towns.
After lunch, we continue to Glenfinnan, a stunning glen nestled among mountains and overlooking Loch Shiel. It’s home to two icons – the Glenfinnan Monument and the Glenfinnan Viaduct, beloved by Harry Potter fans. Here, you’ll have time to reflect on the Jacobite Uprising of 1745 and explore the monument. Keep an eye out for the Jacobite Steam Train, which occasionally puffs gracefully across the viaduct (operated by a third party and may not always appear).
