Starting from the beach and guided individually by a certified diving instructor, you can explore the fascinating underwater world at your own pace. With personalized instruction, professional equipment, and a protected natural setting, this first diving experience is both unique and unforgettable.

What to expect
Experience the underwater world in its purest form.
Feel what it’s like to breathe and move underwater with our introductory scuba diving experience in the Mediterranean Sea, guided individually by a certified instructor in a safe and controlled environment. Before the dive, you’ll receive a brief introduction to the equipment and basic underwater communication signals. In the water, the dive progresses gradually, letting you adapt comfortably and enjoy the experience at your own pace.
The dive lasts 10–15 minutes to a maximum depth of 3 meters, and your instructor will capture a photo so you can take home a memorable souvenir of your first underwater adventure.
* To participate in scuba diving, you must be in good physical health. Divers over 60 years old, or anyone with a medical condition or health restriction, must present a valid diving medical certificate issued by a qualified physician.
* For safety reasons, you must not fly for at least 24 hours after diving. This guideline is in place to reduce the risk of decompression-related injuries associated with flying after scuba diving.
