13 days tour involving 11 days of motorcycle ride on one of most demanding routes that Himalayas have to present. We start the tour with a visit to Dharamshala, visiting the town and few monasteries before venturing into middle Himalayan region of Chamba which was once a principality and then further into Pir Panjal Mountain range, crossing over Sach Pass into hidden Pangi Valley. From here we take yet another challenging route to Trans Himalayan regions of Lahaul and Spiti valley enroute crossing Kunzam Pass which lies on main Great Himalayan Mountain Range. We enter Spiti valley which bear resemblance to Tibet and hence called as Little Tibet. We ride to some of highest villages of the World here and some very ancient monasteries, we even chance to see a Lama mummy. We ride to the rocky Kinnaur valley and spend time in some picturesque villages. We move towards end of our tour entering Tirthan valley, ending the ride in Manali at the edge of Kullu valley.

Arrive Dharamshala airport, meet on arrival and transfer to hotel. Mc Leodganj is also home to the Tibetan refugee community and is home to His Holiness The Dalai Lama. Afternoon we get introduced to our companion of our adventure The Royal Enfield bike. Today we take you on a familiarisation ride around Dharamshala, we visit Norbulingka Institute, Karmapa monastery, St Johns Church in the Wilderness and Dalai Lama temple. We spend our evening walking around the colourful Mc Leodganj market. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast we start our ride down the Kangra Valley and then meandering our route up through mountains and villages to reach the lovely town of Chamba. Chamba was once a principality and has a rich culture. At Chamba we check in at hotel and later visit Laxmi Narayan temple and walk around the market and lanes of the town. Overnight at hotel.
Early in the morning we start our ride towards Pangi Valley. We ride up the valley crossing Tissa, Bairagarh and many small villages. Approach to Sach Pass is beautiful and specially in July August monsoon months the slopes of its meadows is lined with numerous Himalayan flowers. We cross Sach Pass 4414 m connects Chamba to Pangi Valley. The ascend down to Killar can be treacherous at some points and this ride till about tomorrows afternoon would be among the most dangerous in terms of sheer height of fall down to fast flowing Chandra Bhaga river. Pangi is a remote valley tucked inside Himalayas and still remain untouched and infrastructure here is basic. We spend our night in a basic guest house.
An exciting ride awaits us today. We ride on a road built by cutting across a cliff and this road is also famously known as The Death Road among travellers. We ride to Udaipur where we visit the beautiful wooden temple Mrikula Devi Temple and continue our ride to Keylong, the main town of Lahaul valley. We spend our evening relaxing and exploring Keylong town. Overnight at hotel.
From Keylong we start our ride in morning riding along Chandra river to Gramphu. From here we further enter a spellbinding ride further into Chandra valley, the route is surrounded by high mountains on both sides. From Gramphu to Kunzam Pass (4558 m) the ride is a captivating dirt road but very scenic providing views of Bara Shigri Glacier and CB ranges. Later we ride down from Kunzam entering Spiti valley and reach Kaza passing across several Spitian villages. On arrival check in and overnight at hotel.
Today is a day of spellbinding Spiti exploration. Spiti is a remote region tucked away in Himalayas and bears its resemblance in language, culture and lifestyle to Tibet and can be aptly called The Little Tibet. We start our day, driving to Ki Monastery, which was built in 11th century and is the largest monastery of Spiti. We continue our drive to village of Kibber and further to visit the spectacular Chicham bridge which is Asia’s highest. Afternoon we ride to Langza village, most beautiful village of Spiti with excellent views of Chao Chao Kang Nilda peak and view giant Buddha statue overlooking the village. We ride further to Hikim village to post a letter to our loved ones from World’s highest post office and continuing our ride on Spiti highlands takes us to Comic village, World’s highest motorable village. We tread our path back to Kaza to walk around the small market and later enjoy some chitchat discussing our day and enjoy dinner.
Today we ride down Spiti valley visit Dhankar monastery, which is perched on a cliff and was once the fort of Nano or Ruler of Spiti. We continue our ride to Tabo, where we visit the 1026 yrs old Tabo monastery which with its beautiful frescos is also known as Ajanta of Himalayas. We continue our ride further taking a diversion to Gyu monastery and the mummy Lama. We continue riding along Spiti river and from Chango village start our climb to Nako, the first village of Kinnaur valley. Nako is beautifully located on banks of a lake and houses centuries old monastery. On arrival check in and overnight at camp.
After breakfast from Nako we ride down to Khab which is confluence of Spiti and Satluj river. From here we follow the course of river Satluj riding down the Kinnaur valley. We ride to Kalpa which is the most beautiful village in Kinnaur region located in backdrop of holy Kinner Kailash mountain, the abode of Lord Shiva. Evening we ride to Roghi village and cliff which is also known as suicide point. Overnight at hotel.
Morning after breakfast we ride to Sangla, a challenging ride of few kms. We continue our ride to Rackcham and Chitkul villages to enjoy the beauty presented by Sangla. We return back to check in at camp for overnight stay. Evening at leisure or make a visit to nearby Batseri village and temple.
Post breakfast we ride down Sangla to join Hindustan road at Rackcham and ride down the Satluj valley crossing Tranda cliff. At Sainj we cross the river and start our ascend to Jalori Pass 3120 m, stopping at the pass for a cup of tea at the local stall. We ride further downhill into Tirthan valley crossing small town Banjar. Our hotel is located on banks of river. Rest & relax to the music of fast flowing river. Check in and overnight at hotel.
Post breakfast we start our ride along river Tirthan till Aut, where we cross a 3 km tunnel to enter Kullu valley. We ride up the valley enroute stopping at a local Shawl factory and continue to Naggar which was capital of rulers of Kullu about 500 yrs ago. Here we visit the Naggar Castle, Roeirch Art Gallery and walk past Tripura Sundari temple. We continue our ride to our retreat for the night. Check in and overnight at hotel.

Day free to relax in Manali. Engage in some café hoping at old Manali or visit Hadimba Devi temple and Manali market. If you are left with some more energy ride to Sollang Valley and Atal Rohtang Tunnel which is longest tunnel in World above 3000 m altitude. Overnight at hotel.
Intime transfer to Kullu airport to connect your flight back to Delhi.
