Starting with a pick up at 7:00 a.m. of your accommodation. During our trip we will see Immouzer Kander, which is a small Berber tourist town at the head of the largest water sources in Morocco. Then we will continue to Ifrane, which is considered a magical mountain city and one of the most beautiful cities in Morocco, which looks like little Switzerland. Your personal driver will introduce you to some amazing lovely places and wonderful landscapes, as you find the most captivating rivers in this lovely city. Continue to Azrou.
We will move to Azrou, an ancient Berber city with the largest cedar forest in Africa. Where you can enjoy your free time in the windy forest to stroll through the green forest. You can take some memorable photos,
Upon arriving at Midelt, a Berber village located in the middle of the Atlas mountain, we will stop at a local restaurant for lunch.
Driving through the mountains of the Middle Atlas, and driving further south, you will begin to notice dramatically the changing change from green and mountainous to dry and desert. However, the Ziz River near Errachidia gives life to what could have been inhabitant and dead. We will stop at the panoramic point of view on the Ziz Valley, an oasis of palm trees in contrast to the red desert.
Upon arrival in Merzouga, and after a welcome tea. You will drive your Camel gently to the desert camp located between the golden desert dunes. Accommodation in a tent and dinner under a blanket of stars. Further; Around the camp fire with live local music by the local camp team, spend the night in a comfortable camp in the middle of the dunes.
Early in the morning, we will enjoy the sunrise in the desert of Merzouga by camel back to our hotel for a delicious breakfast and shower.
We will drive through Rissani stopping to discover the culture of this city by visiting Zawiya Moulay Ali Ash-Sharif established to honor the founder of the Alawite dynasty.
You will have fun with the high orange cliffs of the Todra Gorges and the green oasis of the Dades Valley. The charming valley is a beautiful treasure perfectly hidden among the very high cliffs. Then, you will take a break for lunch at a local restaurant.
Move towards Ouarzazate, through Kelaa M’gouna or the valley of Roses, the most romantic city in Morocco. We will cross the Berber village of Skoura, finally we will arrive in Ouarzazate late in the afternoon. Spend the third day in a charming guest house in Ouarzazate with the most captivating views of the Atlas Mountains.
After a tempting local breakfast, we will take a walk through the high walls of Ouarzazate. We will introduce you to its colorful souks and its authentic buildings before heading to Tremendous Film Studio. It is where some great Hollywood masterpieces were filmed such as Game of Thrones, Gladiator, Babel, The Jewel of the Nile. In addition, we will visit Kasbah Taourirt, one of the most impressive of its kind in Morocco. Kasbah Taourirt was considered the largest Kasbah in Morocco and today is classified as a historical monument that pays tribute to Glaoui. Taourirt is one of the most beautiful Kasbahs in Morocco. In the past, it was a strategic location controlled by Glaoui for the Saharan caravan route to West Africa.
Then leave Ouarzazate, the Golden Gate of the Sahara towards Ait Ben haddou, the largest Kasbah in Africa. This beautiful Kasbah is a fortified Ksar (Royal Palace) with impressive buildings and spectacular mud houses.
