Meet us at our Salt River satellite location on the Fort Apache Reservation between Globe and Show Low, AZ. Once there, you'll sign waivers and suit up for the river! If you're rafting with us in March or April, you'll probably have a wetsuit included with your reservation. It's a short walk down to the river with your guides where you'll have a safety orientation, and then hop in the boats and go. Be ready to tackle 10 miles of whitewater with constant class II and class III throughout the entire trip. After a couple of hours, we’ll stop at our established camp for a hot grilled steak lunch. Then it’s back in the boats for more rapids. The biggest rapid is right by the take out, offering up a grand finale before you paddle over to the beach for the trip’s end. We’ll then shuttle you back to your vehicle along Apache Road 1, which is often just as exciting as the rafting trip itself!
