- Pickup time for transfers and departures will be agreed with you after booking.
- A maximum waiting time of 10 minutes is allowed. After this, the service will be considered a “No Show.”
- Reservation modifications (times, destinations, or service details) must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

*Accurate Destination Selection: Make sure you select the correct destination when booking. If the selected service does not match, the corresponding difference must be paid to adjust it to the correct amount.
*Multi-terminal pickup : For arrivals with multiple flights, we offer pickups at different terminals for an additional fee of USD 15.
*Time tolerance: For transfers and departures, a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes is allowed. After that time, it is considered as "no show".
