Are you traveling to Playa del Carmen and need transportation from the airport? We provide transfers to various locations including Playa del Carmen, Ferry, Maroma, and Puerto Aventuras, as well as from Cancun Hotels to Playa del Carmen.
**IMPORTANT:** If you book incorrectly, you must pay the difference for the correct destination or rebook the right service.
Our service is 100% private, so you won’t have to share the vehicle with anyone else.
If your hotel or Airbnb isn’t listed, don’t worry! You can specify your destination when making your reservation, and we’ll ensure you get there without any issues.
Our private transfers are safe for solo travelers, couples, and groups of up to 8 passengers.
BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL We will reach out to you to provide the meeting point at the airport. Our service is specifically designed for groups arriving on the same flight. If you are arriving on separate flights (no more than two different flights), please send us all the flight numbers in advance so we can create a travel itinerary and provide you with the correct meeting point at no additional cost. ###ARRIVING ON DIFFERENT FLIGHTS If you do not inform us in advance, an additional fee of $15 USD will be charged directly at the airport for waiting time or terminal changes. Service is subject to the availability of operators and vehicles. It's crucial to keep us informed about any flight changes so we can ensure a smooth service. NOTE In our private service, customer care is our top priority. We strive to provide you with a comfortable and worry-free experience, especially if you are a woman, a solo traveler, or traveling with pets. All our vans are equipped with GPS, ensuring your safety at all times. ### ADDITIONAL STOPS If you need to make a stop at a supermarket or another location, please let us know in advance. We can accommodate a stop of up to 15 minutes at no extra charge. After that, an additional fee of $25 USD per hour will apply. This service must be scheduled in advance via email or phone and is subject to the availability of our vans. ### IMPORTANT Our pricing is per vehicle, not per person. Therefore, if your group has different departure times, we cannot send multiple vehicles at the same cost. If you require additional services, such as a separate vehicle for a different time, a new reservation must be made. Please ensure you select the correct destination and service before booking. Reservations that do not match the destination or service will not be accepted, or you will be charged for the difference in cost.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
