This ensures you have a clear and precise location to find us, giving you peace of mind. Our service is specifically designed for groups arriving on the same flight. If you are arriving on separate flights ✈️ (no more than 2 different flights), please send us all flight numbers in advance. This will allow us to create a travel itinerary and give you the correct meeting point without any additional charge. ❗ **Important:** If you do not inform us in advance, a USD 15 fee will be charged at the airport for wait time or terminal changes. Service is subject to the availability of operators and vehicles. It’s also crucial to notify us of any flight changes to ensure a smooth service. In our private service, customer care is our top priority. We strive to provide you with a comfortable and worry-free experience, especially if you are a solo traveller or a woman. All our vehicles are equipped with GPS to ensure your safety at all times. ### Additional Stops If you need to make a stop at a supermarket or other location, please let us know in advance. Typically, we can accommodate a stop of up to 15 minutes ⏱️ at no extra charge. After that time, a fee of USD 25 per hour will apply. This service must be scheduled in advance via email or phone, depending on our vehicle availability. ### Pricing and Reservations **SUPER IMPORTANT:** Our pricing is per vehicle, not per person. Therefore, if you have different departure times ⏰, we cannot send multiple vehicles for the same cost. If you require additional services, such as an extra vehicle for a different schedule, a new reservation must be made. Please ensure you select the correct destination and service product before booking. Reservations that do not match the appropriate destination and service will not be accepted ❌, or a fee for the difference will be charged.
