If we do not receive this information on time, or if the flight number provided is incorrect, the service will be charged as a new booking and must be paid in cash to the operator (subject to availability).
Please notify us of any flight changes to avoid delays or additional costs.

A maximum waiting time of 10 minutes is allowed. After this, the service will be considered a “No Show.”
Any modifications to your reservation (schedule, destination, or service details) must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.
