Are you traveling to Playa Mujeres or Costa Mujeres and need transportation from the airport, or from Costa Mujeres to the Puerto Juárez ferry? Book this service if you require any of the following transfers:
- Airport ↔ Hotels in Playa Mujeres, Punta Sam, or Costa Mujeres
- Cancún Hotel Zone ↔ Costa Mujeres / Playa Mujeres
- Costa Mujeres / Playa Mujeres ↔ Puerto Juárez Ferry
Our service is 100% private, with no van sharing with other passengers. If your hotel does not appear on the list, simply indicate the name when booking and we will take care of your transfer without complications.
The transfer is safe and comfortable for solo travelers, couples, or groups of up to 8 people.
The price is per van, not per person.

- If your group arrives on up to 2 different flights, please send us all flight numbers in advance. This way we can prepare an itinerary and assign the correct meeting point at no extra cost.
- If we do not receive this information in time and delays or waiting occur, the service will be charged as new and must be paid in cash to the driver. Service will be subject to availability. The same applies if you do not provide the correct flight number.
- Please notify us of any flight changes to avoid complications and extra costs.

- Pickup time for transfers and departures will be agreed with you after booking.
- A maximum waiting time of 10 minutes is allowed. After this, the service will be considered a “No Show.”
- Any modifications to the reservation (times, destinations, or service details) must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
