- Our service is designed for groups arriving on the same flight.
- If your group arrives on up to 2 different flights, please send us all flight numbers in advance. This way, we can prepare the itinerary and assign the correct meeting point at no extra cost.

- If we do not receive this information in time and delays or waiting occur, the service will be charged as new and must be paid in cash to the driver. Service is subject to availability. - If you have different departure times, it will be necessary to book an additional van for each schedule.
- Please make sure to select the correct destination and product when booking. If the reservation does not match, the difference will be charged or the booking may not be accepted.

- Pickup time for transfers and departures will be agreed with you after booking.
- A maximum waiting time of 10 minutes is allowed. After this, the service will be considered a “No Show.”
- Reservation modifications (times, destinations, or service details) must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

* Accurate Destination Selection: Make sure you select the correct destination when booking. If the selected service does not match, the corresponding difference** must be paid to adjust it to the correct amount.
*⏰ Time tolerance : For transfers and departures, a **maximum tolerance of 10 minutes** is allowed. After that time, it is considered as "no show".
