Meeting and pickup
Booking Security Check: At pickup, the lead traveler may be required to present the original Viator voucher, a valid photo ID matching the booking name, and the payment card used for payment. A signature may also be required. If the cardholder is not traveling, please contact Viator Support before pickup. Service may be withheld until verification is completed. No copies of your ID or payment card will be retained.
What to expect
After your flight arrives, meet our airport greeter at the confirmed arrival meeting point. The greeter will hold a name sign with your lead traveler name and coordinate with your driver, who will be waiting nearby.
Travel directly to your Phuket hotel in a private air-conditioned vehicle reserved only for your booking. Vehicle type will depend on your group size and luggage, from a comfortable car to a minivan.
Arrival transfers include flight monitoring and up to 90 minutes of waiting time after your flight lands. If you experience a baggage or immigration delay, please contact the local team as soon as possible so they can assist with coordination.
