Booking Security Check: At pickup, the lead traveler may be required to present the original Viator voucher, a valid photo ID matching the booking name, and the payment card used for payment. A signature may also be required. If the cardholder is not traveling, please contact Viator Support before pickup. Service may be withheld until verification is completed. No copies of your ID or payment card will be retained.
What to expect
After your flight arrives, your airport representative will wait for you at the arrival meeting point holding a name sign. You will then be guided to your private vehicle and travel directly to your Pattaya hotel without needing to queue for airport taxis or arrange transport on arrival.
Your flight will be monitored so the pickup team can follow your arrival time. The service includes up to 90 minutes of waiting time from the time your flight lands. If you are delayed at immigration or baggage claim, please contact the local team using the details provided on your voucher so the team can assist you.
Vehicles are private and assigned according to the option booked, group size, and luggage details provided. Options may include executive cars, SUVs, vans, or minibuses depending on availability and the package selected.
