Booking Security Check: At pickup, the lead traveler may be required to present the original Viator voucher, a valid photo ID matching the booking name, and the payment card used for payment. A signature may also be required. If the cardholder is not traveling, please contact Viator Support before pickup. Service may be withheld until verification is completed. No copies of your ID or payment card will be retained.

At the airport, a representative or driver will meet you at the designated arrival meeting point with a name sign. Incoming flights are monitored, and 90 minutes of waiting time from the actual flight landing time is included. If you are delayed at immigration or baggage claim, please contact the local operator as soon as possible so the team can assist and coordinate with the driver.
Travel time to Rayong or the Koh Samet mainland pier area is usually around 3 hours, depending on traffic, airport, weather, and final drop-off location.
This private transfer is suitable for travelers going to Rayong city, Rayong hotels, Ban Phe Pier, or the mainland departure area for Koh Samet. Ferry tickets to Koh Samet and transfers to hotels on Koh Samet island are not included.
