What to expect

We’ll start the day with a fun stop at a lively local bazaar, where together we’ll choose the freshest ingredients for our traditional Uzbek Plov. After that, we’ll leave the city behind and head to my peaceful village, where I’ll welcome you into my family home for an immersive cooking masterclass.

You’ll learn the step-by-step secrets of making authentic Plov and a few other local dishes, all in a warm, friendly, family-style atmosphere. Along the way, you’ll experience real village life, enjoy great conversations, and—of course—taste the delicious dishes you’ve created with your own hands.
