Discover the beauty of Ibiza’s wild north on this unique walking experience. Starting in the peaceful village of Santa Agnes, you’ll explore ancient forest paths, coastal cliffs, and hidden landmarks – with the flexibility to choose your preferred route:
Heaven’s Gate (Easy):
A peaceful hike through pine-scented woods and herb-filled trails. Discover ancient lime ovens and enjoy panoramic views from a 300-meter high headland overlooking the coast. Ideal for nature lovers looking for a relaxed yet stunning route.
Bill’s Paradise (Medium):
Step off the beaten path into a wilder world. Wander forest trails past old walls and ovens, descend a fisherman’s path to the sea (swim stop optional!), and explore a forgotten village clinging to the cliffs. The views are absolutely worth the climb!
Both routes are led by an experienced local guide and offer insights into Ibiza’s natural history and cultural past. This is a perfect way to connect with the island’s quieter, more magical side.
We meet close to Santa Agnes.
Las Puertas del Cielo (The Gates of Heaven) Perched atop the dramatic cliffs of Sa Penya Esbarrada near Santa Agnès de Corona, Las Puertas del Cielo offers one of Ibiza’s most breathtaking panoramic viewpoints. From this natural balcony, visitors are treated to sweeping vistas of the deep blue Mediterranean Sea and the iconic Ses Margalides islets. The area is steeped in history, with nearby archaeological remains of a 12th-century Muslim dwelling, and was a favored gathering spot for the island’s hippie community during the 1960s and 70s. Adjacent to the viewpoint is a charming, family-run restaurant serving traditional Ibicencan cuisine, making it an ideal spot to have a typical spanish lunch after the walk
