What to expect

Chitwan is famous for wildlife tours, where you can see the endangered one-horned rhino along with other wildlife, and experience local culture. Sauraha is the main tourist hub in Chitwan. The distance between Kathmandu and Chitwan (Sauraha) is approximately 150 km, and the journey takes around 5 to 6 hours, including a stop for breakfast or lunch.

Our luxurious tourist bus departs from Kathmandu (Nayabazar) and stops at the Sauraha Bus Park, near Sauraha. The route from Kathmandu to Chitwan passes through Shorekhutte, Balaju, Kalanki, Malakhu, Mugling, Narayanghat, and Sauraha.
