What to expect

During this activity, travelers will enjoy an immersive cultural and culinary experience in the heart of the High Atlas Mountains.

We’ll start with a scenic drive from your hotel toward the Atlas Mountains, passing through beautiful landscapes dotted with argan trees. Our first stop is the village of Alma, where you’ll visit a charming organic aromatic garden.

Here, you’ll be warmly welcomed and introduced to the traditional Moroccan mint tea ritual. You’ll help prepare a fresh Moroccan salad seasoned with argan oil, followed by a hands-on cooking experience where you’ll make your own chicken and vegetable tagine (vegetarian option available).

While your tagines simmer, you'll learn about how argan oil is extracted and discover the secrets behind traditional Berber beauty products.

Finally, you’ll enjoy the delicious meal you've prepared:

Moroccan salad

Chicken or vegetarian tagine

Dessert: oranges with cinnamon and local bananas

½ liter of water per person

Unlimited mint tea

It’s a unique opportunity to connect with local traditions, learn new cooking skills, and taste the authentic flavors of Morocco — all in a peaceful mountain setting.
