You are welcomed by one of our charming hosts with a tasty Mezcal Cocktail. Get comfortable while we handle the rest!

You will taste 7 artisanal meticulously crafted sorbets each made from a unique Mexican fruit, and dessert ice cream (with milk). These frozen delights are paired perfectly with Rare Agave Spirits, including select offerings from Oaxaca. All pairings are served over an informative tasting grid. Each pairing is crafted with love.

One of our certified Sommeliers will guide you through each pairing. Our tasting session offers 1.5 hours of insightful explanations and engaging stories, making for a fun and educational experience. All of our Sommeliers are certified by the Agave Spirits Institute.

This unique event showcases the exquisite harmony between artisanal ice creams and an array of agave spirits sourced from Mexico's diverse landscapes—from the arid deserts of Chihuahua to the lush fields of Chiapas, and from the historical regions of Zacatecas to the volcanic soils of Colima.

Our "Helados y Destilados" tasting features a selection of seven meticulously crafted sorbets, each made from a unique Mexican fruit, and a singular dessert sorbet with milk, catering to a broad palate while maintaining a focus on predominantly vegan-friendly options. These frozen delights are paired perfectly with rare agave spirits, including select offerings from Oaxaca, providing a comprehensive tasting that spans the rich spectrum of Mexico's distilling culture.
