We will meet at the front of Castel Sant’Angelo, right at the base of the main entrance ramp facing Ponte Sant’Angelo. Your guide or meeting point coordinator will be holding a sign that says “LET’S SEE ITALY”.

Castel Sant'Angelo (Pass by)
At Castel Sant’Angelo, travelers will gather in the large piazza in front of the fortress, where the guide introduces the dark history of the castle and its role in Rome’s most dramatic executions. Standing beneath the towering walls, guests will hear stories of prisoners held within, secret passages used by popes, and the haunting legends that surround this former mausoleum, fortress, and prison. From the piazza, the guide will point out key architectural elements, explain the castle’s transformation through the centuries, and set the tone for the ghostly journey that follows.
